The Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment directive has been introduced to minimise the quantity of electronic equipment entering the landfill waste steam and to ensure the proper disposal of such equipment. Chell Instruments complies with this directive and will accept the return of any equipment sold by ourselves after August 13th 2005. When equipment that is sold on a business to business basis, the obligations under the WEEE directive is transferred to the purchaser. This is stated in our terms and conditions.

To return product, please contact us for a RMA number. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. We regret that we cannot accept any goods that have been contaminated with hazardous substances and therefore cannot fulfil our obligations under the COSSH regulations.
