Leak Checking
Helium mass spectromoter leak testing of fabricated assemblies is routinely
carried out on all welds.
Testing to
Lloyds Approval is routinely carried out, including Pressure Testing,
Radiography and NDT, as well as Helium Leak Test, Residual Gas Analysis.

Vacuum Bakeout at temperatures up to 300°C
is routinely carried out using a 200AMU Residual Gas Analyser. Components
are then shipped with gas and leak check scan plots, if required.
