Custom Ultra-High Vacuum
Chambers
Our engineers have been designing and building custom UHV chambers for
over 30 years, producing vacuum solutions for some of the most demanding
applications. Several working lifetime's vacuum system skills go into the
detail construction of each chamber, ensuring the integrity of the customer's
process.
Each vacuum chamber manufactured is produced to the highest machining and
welding standards and particular attention is paid to the elimination of
virtual leaks. Port alignment is given particular attention and chambers
are frequently produced having multiple focal points.
On completion, the chamber is cleaned using non-cfc methods leaving a solvent-free
surface of the highest UHV standard. Many chambers are then baked, if requested
and supplied complete with an RGA plot of the bakeout.
