9032, 9024 Data Sheet

FEATURES
• Ranges: ±1 psid to 500 psia ± 7 kPa to 3.5 MPa
• Up to ±0.01% FS Pressure Measurement and Control Accuracy
•±0.001%/ºC Thermal Stability
• Ethernet Interface with TCP Protocol
• NetScanner™ System Compatible

APPLICATIONS
• Barometric Measurement
• NetScanner™ System Verification Testing
• NetScanner™ System Span Calibration

The Models 9032 and 9033 pressure standards measure pressure to an accuracy of ± 0.01% FS. Models 9034 and 9038 are pressure calibrators with accuracies up to ± 0.01% FS.

Available in absolute and differential versions, these products interface to the NetScanner™ System via industry standard Ethernet TCP/IP networking, and provide accurate measurement and stable control of dry non-corrosive gases. The barometer complements the easy to use NetScanner™ System for acquisition of multiple pressures. The calibrators can be used to input known pressures to the NetScanner™ System, or any pressure measurement device that requires periodic calibration.

Pressure data is output in engineering units via a digital Ethernet interface. The host computer interface is
accomplished via networkable Ethernet connection using TCP/IP communications protocol.

Commercially available networking hardware or Pressure Systems pressure scanning hardware will easily integrate these products to your
computer.

An internal 32-bit microprocessor in each NetScanner component corrects for zero, span and non–linearity errors of the internal pressure standard. It also performs digital temperature compensation for the standard to reduce thermal errors to less than ± 0.001% FS/EC.

The pressure standards and pressure controllers are part of the Pressure Systems’ NetScanner™ System for multipoint pressure acquisition. Other networkable components of this system solution include rack mount and standalone pneumatic pressure scanners as well as liquid pressure scanners with pressure ranges up to 10,000 psi.
